Thank you for considering Reiki Campus™ – Australia’s leading online source for Reiki study.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a spiritual healing art; enabling people to channel positive energy, reduce stress, promote healing and enhance your quality of life. It’s not associated with any religion or belief system, and individuals who study Reiki will tell you it is a lot of fun.
Have you put off studying Reiki because you can’t find the time? You wouldn’t be the first person who has put off improving themselves because life gets in the way! Our lives are busy, and there just doesn’t seem to be time to study around work, family commitments and keeping up with friends.
Traditional Reiki study requires you to reschedule your life around your study. Sometimes you will have to travel three or four consecutive weekends to learn the traditional way – in a classroom. Reiki Campus was established for people like you because we know not everyone can flex their time to attend courses in person.
Study Reiki Online. Do More.
You can access Reiki Campus study resources 24 hours a day at the time that suits you. If something comes up, you won’t miss a class, and you won’t fall behind.
Our courses are run over four weeks and start at the beginning of each calendar month. The idea is you complete within four weeks, but you do this at a pace and a time that suits you. Enrol at any stage during the year that fits around your vacations, your family and your free time.
Because all the materials are online you can read and re-read the content, watch the videos, stop and pause when you need to revise. Students ask questions in our online forum. You can put a question up and learn from the questions other students ask. Reiki Masters moderate the forum and many have been practicing for over 10 years.
Some people who have found our online courseware effective have been shift workers, students, parents of young families, working mothers, carers or people who just have a busy lifestyle. We wanted to find a way to ensure that busy people like you – who perhaps need Reiki the most – have the opportunity to learn Reiki in a way that fits your lifestyle.
Existing holistic practitioners find Reiki helpful to complement other natural therapies like Shiatsu Massage, Hot Stones Therapy, Chiropractic and Reflexology. The flexible study approach allows therapists to keep working while they learn.

How are the courses delivered?
Our self-paced courses are all delivered online, with access to instructors and tutors whenever you need them throughout your course. The course modules are a mixture of resources, they consist of content and videos, which allows our students to read and re-read, watch, pause and stop all while working at their own pace throughout the duration of their course.
All our instructors are qualified and have the skills and experience to answer any question you have during your course. Our structured courses are complemented by video conferencing and online forums/workshops to allow students to interact with each other and their teachers and tutors. As a student you will have every opportunity to ask questions and fully participate in interactive classes.
How is coursework assessed?
Each course module is assessed to ensure that you are getting the right level of instruction and highlight any areas for brushing up. At the end of the course, you will be asked to sit an examination made up of multiple choice and written responses to ensure that you have grasped the key concepts and course content before moving to the next stage.
How is Reiki used in medicine and health care?
In fact, Reiki has been embraced by many hospitals around the world as an addition to more traditional health care approaches including some of the world’s most recognised medical facilities like UCLA Health.
In fact Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of New York Presbyterian hospital has an integrative medicine program which incorporates Reiki as one of their complementary therapies. Of the use of Reiki and other complementary therapies they state:
While the Reiki experience is spiritual in nature it is not a religion. It can be practiced within the context of any religious belief or by those who have no religious affiliation or belief.
Dr Oz on Reiki
Dr Mehmet Oz (from his TV show Dr Oz) directs the Cardiovascular Institute and Complementary Medicine Program at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He has spoken about the benefits of Reiki in one of his TV segments. Here’s what Dr Oz has to say about Reiki.
Reiki has benefits for animals too:
Reiki is as beneficial for pets and non-domesticated animals as it is on humans. A growing number of veterinarians offer Reiki therapies for their animal patients as part of their recuperative process. Cesar Milan, host of the cable TV show “Dog Whisperer” is also a big proponent of Reiki as you can see by this blog article shared on his website.
